1teaspoonhoney (maple syrup, stevia or erythritol)

¼cup banana
1scoop whey protein (or plant based protein powder)
Instructions
In a mason jar, mix chia seeds, milk vanilla and sweetener. stir well. Let it set for 3 to 5 mins. Stir it again Note: Stirring it twice, makes sure there are no clumps of chia seeds.
Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours or over night
To serve remove from the refrigerator mix in a scoop of protein powder mix well. If you have meal prepped and frozen the chia pudding, thaw them overnight in the refrigerator and bring it out to the counter in the morningTop it with your favourite fruits and nuts or any other toppings.
Notes
Avoid Clumpy Chia Pudding: Stir it twice, making sure there are no clumps of chia seeds. Clumpy chia seeds, make it crunchy, and do not give a uniform pudding texture.
Do not add protein powder and then refrigerate the chia pudding. it will make, the chia seeds and the protein clump up.
