Chocolate Brownie Milkshake

Ingredients

2 large brownies (cut into bite sized pieces or crumbled)
2 scoops chocolate ice cream
½ cup milk

Toppings

1 tablespoon chocolate sauce (or syrup)
¼ cup brownies (bites or crumbles )
1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

Start by crumbling the brownies into small pieces. Set aside a few brownie pieces or crumbs for garnish, if desired.
In a blender, add 2 scoops chocolate ice cream ½ cup milk
Blend the ingredients on high speed until everything is well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Note : If you prefer a thicker consistency, add more ice cream. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add more milk.
Then add the brownies in to the blender, and pulse on low speed. for a few second
Brownie Milkshake is now ready to serve
Once blended, pour the milkshake into serving glasses.
Top the milkshake with a generous dollop of 1 cup whipped cream whipped cream. You can use a piping bag or simply spoon it on top.
For an extra touch, sprinkle the reserved ¼ cup brownies crumbs over the whipped cream.
Or arrange small tiny pieces of brownies on the whipped cream and drizzle with 1 tablespoon chocolate sauce
