Ingredients

(quick cooking/instant )

brown sugar

baking powder

eggs
(room temperature)

milk
(full fat whole milk )

canola oil
(or any vegetable oil )

tsp
vanilla extract

walnuts
(chopped or broken into 4 quarter )
Instructions
Measure all your ingredients and keep aside(always use room temperature ingredients)
Preheat oven at 180°c/350°f, line a muffin pan with liners
In a large bowl, whisk all the dry ingredients, flour, oats, sugars, baking powder. Set aside
In another medium size bowl, whisk eggs, oil, milk, vanilla extract. Set aside
Now add the whisked wet ingredients into the dry flour mix. Fold well using a spatula.
Then fold in the chopped walnuts.
Pour the batter into each of the muffin lines upto the brim of the liner or upto ¾ of the liner
Bake for about 15 mins.
Remove and let it sit in the pan for about 10 mins
Then remove from the pan and let it cool completely
