Tips For the Best Tandoori Chicken Kebabs
Use Fresh chicken always. If you want to use frozen chicken, then let it thaw completely before marinating.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes. For the best results, I recommend marinating them overnight
Every Air Fryer is different. So please set your timings and mode accordingly. Usually, this recipe is done in 12 minutes at about 340F
You can also grill this on a pan, bake them or make it on an outdoor grill/bbq
Using Gram flour in the batter, binds and keeps the marinade together, plus it also gives that restaurant-style texture to the Kebab
You may also use skewers for making these kebabs. Just dip them in water for about 10 mins, and then thread the chicken onto the skewers and then grill or bake.
For a smoky flavor - Once the kebabs are done, Remove them from the Airfryer and transfer them to a bowl with a lid. burn a charcoal add ghee and place it in the center of the kebabs and close the lid for about 5 to 8 mins.
