1cup low fat coconut milk(or any plant based milk )
1teaspoonmaple syrup (or any sweetener optional)
Instructions
In a mason jar, add ¼ cup chia seeds, pour 1 cup low fat coconut milk and mix well. Make sure all the chia seeds are well coated with the coconut milk.Let it sit for 5 mins
Then, use a fork and mix again. Cover the Lid.
Store in the refrigerator overnight, or a minimum of 6 hours.
To Serve,mix well again, add some more milk or add 1 teaspoon maple syrup , if required Top it with 1 Medium sized Mango, and any dried fruits or nuts.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
Notes
Experiment with toppings: Add your favorite fruits, such as berries, kiwi, or sliced banana, to add extra freshness and color to your pudding. You can also sprinkle some chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or granola for added crunch.
