The recipe here is simple and based on my other brownie recipes I have taken two of my favourite brownie recipes Chocolate Moist brownies recipe & my Cocoa brownies, played around with the proportions a tad bit, to get a rich decadent.

What Ingredients do we need to make these Brownie Cups
All simple and a very few ingredients from the pantry.
- Butter - lends in the flavour, moistness to the brownie cupcakes
- chocolate - a good quality chocolate elevates the moistness and gives in a good chocolate depth
- cocoa powder - unsweetened cocoa powder, adding cocoa powder gives in a pure and rich chocolate
- all purpose flour - just plain all purpose flour. nothing else. A little flour no too much only for structure. Because generally in brownies, flour content is lower.
- eggs - a whole egg and an extra yolk. That extra yolk brings in a fudgier brownie cups
- chocolate chips - dark and white - for mix ins
- chocolate chunks - for toppings and mix ins
- Toppings and Mix ins - You can go wild with your mix ins and toppings - like walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts, macadamia, chocolate chunks, chocolate chips, marshmallows
Mixing and Baking these brownies cupcakes
- With Brownies, you can't go wrong.They are very forgiving and easy.
- We start with melting butter in a pan to which you add in the chopped chocolate.
- while that is cooling down, beat eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy, to this add in the chocolate and butter, then fold in flour cocoa powder.
- Finally add in the chocolate chips and nuts.
- You can even top these brownie cups with chocolate chunks or chips.
- You will then fill in the cupcake liners and then bake them for about 30 mins in a preheated oven Remove from the oven, let it sit in the pan for about 10 mins and then let them cool completely.

Tips for making the best brownie cups.
- All room temperature ingredients always
- Use good quality cupcake liners. Liners made with thick paper(higher gsm) are the best. They will not peel off while baking
- Do not over bake these brownie cupcakes . Over baking makes these brownies dry and hard. I suggest underbaking these and letting them sit in the pan for about 10 mins.
- Get your hands on good quality of chocolate, the best tasting brownies come from using a good quality chocolate

TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE CUPS
Ingredients
- 95 grams butter
- 150 grams semisweet chocolate
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 100 grams all purpose flour
- 2 large eggs eggs
- 120 grams brown sugar
- 60 grams white chocolate chips
- chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Pre heat Oven at 180°c/340°f. Line cupcake pan with liners. Set aside
- In a saucepan melt butter. Remove from heat, to that add chopped chocolate. Let the chocolate sit in the hot butter and use a spatula to help melt the chocolate. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk cocoa powder and all purpose flour and set aside.
- In a large bowl beat eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Then add the melted chocolate and butter, beat on low speed for a min Note: This step can also be done using spatula
- Fold in the flour and cocoa powder mix. Fold until no flour streaks are found.
- Finally add in the chocolate chips and nuts(if any)
- Bake in the center rack for about 30 mins or until the brownies center are done and come out with moist crumbs.
