- Berries - A mix of berries or any one kind of berry will do well like strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Fresh or frozen berries, both work great for smoothies.
- Oat milk - Oat milk is perfect here. Oat milk makes the smoothie, creamier and more filling.
- Protein powder - plant-based protein powder
- Sweetener - Maple syrup or stevia or erythritol. totally optional
